Qualification (Essential) :
1. Director :
Master's Degree in Computer Application/ Computer Science or M.Tech (Specialization in computer application) or BE/ B.Tech in Computer Engineering/ Comp. Science / Comp. Technology or equivalent.
OR
Degree in Computer applications/ Comp. Science or Degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent.
2. Deputy Director :
Master's degree in computer application/ computer Science or M.Tech or BE/ B.Tech in computer Engineering/ Computer Science / Comp. Technology
OR
Degree in computer applications/ Computer Science or degree in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering.
OR
'A' level Diploma under DOEACC Programme or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application offered under University Programme / Post Polytechnic Diploma in computer application awarded by state council of Technical Education or equivalent.
3. Assistant Director :
Essential qualification is same as Deputy Director but variation in the experience required for the post.
4. Assistant Research Officer :
Post graduate degree in the Social Sciences / Economics/ Commerce/ Operation Research/ Statistics/ Mathematics with minimum of 50% marks.
5. Welfare Officer :
Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Service / Social Welfare/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology .
6. Junior Analyst and Research Assistant :
A Degree of a recognized university or equivalent.
