- India established or incorporated under the Union or a State Act or any other University or the University Grant Commission Act - Section 1956 - 3 year stint with the University of Horticulture any other educational institution or any credit master's or bachelor's degree in another class, the government approved a equivalent qualification .
- Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967, prepared in the following rule - 8 (5) in the use of computers must contain the basic information.
- Must have sufficient knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi language.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300/- to 34800/- (Grade pay - Rs. 4400/-)
